Stretched fabric tension systems can look like whatever you imagine, making renu™ an exciting medium for any interior designer or marketer.
With renu™ you can custom print any colour or graphic image onto our special fabric, sized and shaped to fit your environment perfectly.
OneFrame makes radical change easy with a new replacement renu™ skin, printed and installed, with little to no disruption to any busy environment.
renu™ textile skins are interchangeable, recycleable and large (up to 3 x 50 metres with no seam, or larger with a seam).
The renu™ recycled imaging system is our flagship product as the entire category was designed around our sustainable stance as a brand. Elements of this range have naturally filtered into many of the other product categories although is unique in its' composition. Best of all it is manufactured right here in Aotearoa and is our leading export product category due to its unique offering.
The OneFrame brand and product offering was established with the aim of developing a strong, sustainable business approach that can create long-term value and improves the ecological, social and economic environment it operates within.
Recently sustainability has become the new buzzword and exhaustively used across the marketing platforms no matter the product or service. The reality is that although many talk a big game when it comes to sustainability few have the knowledge or resource to adopt this beyond the unique selling proposition of their product or service.
Adopting the renu™ recycled imaging system sees many corporate entities being able to not only create and deliver with a sustainable stance but along with our secondary service offer, ensures that the materials used are either repurposed, recycled into second-life products or disposed of responsibly. The renu™ recycled imaging system has gained traction in both retail and within interior fit-outs offering customers an alternative to what traditionally found its way to landfill.
The renu™ recycled imaging system uses a dye-sublimation process that is eco-friendly, without the use of any hard solvents, in contrast, it uses water-based organic inks with a vegetable/soy base ensuring there are no harmful chemicals being washed into our waterways. The range of recycled yarn fabrics is limited in range, although as the industry gains momentum it will not be long before this is the new standard opening the doors to a wider range to be developed.
As a grand format delivery, the span of the textile substrate can be printed to a maximum print width of 3200mm x 50 000mm long with no seam. For larger executions, we are able to use a near-invisible seam to manufacture and deliver oversized designs.
The core range of renu™ recycled imaging systems profiles has been designed and extruded locally ensuring we stay true to our NZMADE delivery stance. Many of our profiles are extruded aluminium that is known as the most recyclable metal available today, our system offer our customers a more sustainable option with these being able to be recycled for use in various second-life products. The most popular however is our composite range profiles that are made from recycled ABS plastic and when returned can be ground down to re-extrude a new frame.
With continuous in-house development within this category, we are working hard to be able to deliver this range within a fully circular economy within the next 12-months as 80% of this range is already made from recycled content and can be recycled into a second life product.
The renu™ recycled imaging system functionally outperforms any other comparable system available in the market today whilst offering unmatched customization and image colour reproduction to deliver the designed aesthetic. This paired with the environmentally-conscious materials selection and sustainability stance of the OneFrame brand makes us the ideal execution partner for your next project.
